Harbour Rose Boutique
Client Details
This client came to our team looking for rebranding, help with content management & scheduling for social media, and improvements on her website to help attract customers while her physical location was shut down due to Covid.
Over the course of 4 weeks I took lead on her shop and in-store brand rebranding, as well as the UX/UI design, completing each within 2 week time frames, while also working with other clients at the time. I also aided our teams social media manager with her Facebook revamp and created help guides for the client to reference later to continue her growth path.
Development
I started by having a digital meeting with the client and getting her to identify her current branding problems. Then after the initial assessment I created an inspiration mood board and consulted with the client to assess brand direction, aesthetic, and client pain points.
From there I went through several rounds of revisions with the client in order to help her create a clear idea for her brand and get exactly what she didn’t know she was looking for. After finalizing the clients store rebranding I helped her rebrand her in-store product line brand to match with the new store branding.
Once all the branding was completed and the client was happy with her new brand guide I aided our teams Web Developer and, within the limitations of our clients CMS, matched the UX/UI to her brand and created a more effective layout for her target market. We also held several consulting calls with the client to help guide her on the use of her site and the transition to online selling as a small local business.
