Hygge Real Estate
Project Details
I created a faux real estate company that I was then tasked with creating branding, animated banners, advertising, an app proposal, and an email template for.
The concept for the brand is Hygge; a danish concept that describes the homely feeling of coziness and contentment. This brand was made to target young millennial women who currently rent and dream of alternative home buying solutions.
Development
I started by narrowing down the target market I was aiming to attract and what qualities they require from home buying. From there I researched trends and concepts within home decorating that overlapped with my target market. Once I decided on the concept of Hygge I then compiled an aesthetic mood board to plan out the look and feel of the brand.
Once I had a solid idea of brand direction I created initial concepts and outlined all the assets I was going to create.
Once I reached a middle point in development, I reached out to a select focus group for feedback. Taking the feedback into consideration I moved forward to the final phase of each asset.
